General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions
1.1 In these general terms and conditions the following terms are used:

• Buy Halal Candy : the business that sells candy and related products, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number [97060941].
• Customer : the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Halal Snoep Kopen.
• Products : all sweets and other products offered by Halal Snoep Kopen.

Article 2 - Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Halal Snoep Kopen.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 - Offers and prices
3.1 All offers from Halal Snoep Kopen are without obligation and valid while stocks last.
3.2 The stated prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Halal Snoep Kopen reserves the right to change prices, but orders already placed will be delivered at the price that applied at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Orders and agreements
4.1 An agreement is concluded when Halal Snoep Kopen accepts the customer's order.
4.2 Halal Candy Buying reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Article 5 - Payment
5.1 Payment must be made via the offered payment methods, such as iDEAL, cash in store or other available options.
5.2 In the event of late payment, Halal Snoep Kopen reserves the right to suspend delivery or terminate the agreement.

Article 6 - Delivery
6.1 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.
6.2 Halal Snoep Kopen strives to deliver the products within the agreed delivery time. Exceeding this delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or termination of the agreement.
6.3 The risk of damage or loss of the products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

Article 7 - Returns and complaints
7.1 Due to the nature of the products (foodstuffs), they cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
7.2 Complaints about the products must be reported to Halal Snoep Kopen in writing or by email within 7 days of delivery.
7.3 In case of justified complaints, Halal Snoep Kopen will choose to replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Article 8 - Liability
8.1 Halal Snoep Kopen is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage or lost profits.
8.2 The liability of Halal Snoep Kopen remains limited to the purchase price of the product.
8.3 Halal Candy Buyers is not responsible for allergic reactions to products. Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients themselves.

Article 9 - Privacy
9.1 Halal Snoep Kopen processes personal data of customers in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
9.2 Customer data will be used exclusively for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement.

Article 10 - Force Majeure
10.1 Halal Snoep Kopen is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, such as pandemics, transportation problems, disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Halal Snoep Kopen.

Article 11 - Applicable law
11.1 All agreements and disputes with Halal Snoep Kopen are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Halal Snoep Kopen is established.

Article 12 - Amendments
12.1 Halal Snoep Kopen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will be published on the website and will apply to new agreements.
