FAQ – Buy Halal Candy

Article 1 - Definitions
1.1 In these general terms and conditions the following terms are used:

• Buy Halal Candy : the business that sells candy and related products, established in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
• Customer : the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Halal Snoep Kopen .
• Products : all sweets and other products sold by Halal Snoep Kopen are offered.

Article 2 - Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Halal Snoep Kopen .

Article 3 - Offers and prices

Article 4 - Orders and agreements

Article 5 - Payment

Article 10 - Force Majeure
